An analyst Ming-Chi Kuo showed that the current 2021 MacBook Pros, as shown by MacRumors, “are packed with more forms of I/O, and most consumers will not have to buy additional dongles.” Since MacBook’s 12-inch launch in 2015, with just one USB-C port, several users have complained about several Mac-based dongles and adapters.

Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has reiterated Kuo’s statement, which describes that 2021 MacBook Pros will feature an SD card reader return. Before the race, she sent Guinness officials a photo of her costume — a black, floor-length dress purchased off eBay — and the organization approved. All she had to do was finish the race in less than four hours while wearing full-witch attire, including a witch’s hat and broom. 

When game day came, Nuttall finished the 26.2-mile marathon in just three hours and 31 minutes — an impressive time, even for someone without a costume.

Nuttall seemed set to clinch the world record.

But when Guinness officials reviewed photos of Nuttall during the marathon, they deemed her dress as “substantially shorter” than the one they saw in her pre-race photo submission.

“With costume records, we ask the applicant to submit a photo beforehand of their costume so it can be approved by records management,” a spokesman for Guinness told The Telegraph. “Unfortunately, while Nicola’s pre-marathon photo met our guidelines of having a floor-length dress, her photos from the day show her with a substantially shorter dress with slits cut in for more movement.”

For months, Nuttall argued that Guinness judges had failed to see the high slits that ran up the sides of her dress in her costume submission photo. She said she altered the dress so that it would be harder to run in it.

“Having sent it, they couldn’t see the splits up the side and I actually thought this might make it easier to run in, so I added material to make it more difficult,” Nuttall recently told Pendle Today.

Still, the Guinness judges wouldn’t budge. 

“I feel like I’ve let everybody down. I feel like a failure,” Nuttall said. “I’ve been back and forth to them, but they have been so strict and inflexible.”

Even though she missed out on the world record, Nuttall still raised the equivalent of $2,273 for the Alzheimer’s Society through a crowdfunding page.

La visite de la ministre française intervient au lendemain de la publication par l’ONU d’un rapport accablant pour les forces françaises déployées au Mali.

Le rapport d’enquête menée par la mission onusienne au Mali (Minusma) sur une opération menée le 3 janvier dernier par la force Barkahne à Bounti (centre du Mali) révèle, en effet que le bombardement a visé des civils qui assistaient à un mariage tuant 19 parmi eux, contrairement aux affirmations de la France qui dit avoir visé des terroristes.

Réagissant à ce rapport, le ministère français des Armées a remis en cause mardi la véracité des témoignages recueillis dans le cadre de cette enquête et réitéré ses affirmations selon lesquelles le bombardement n’a visé que des terroristes.

Syrie : Bashar Al-Assad Et Sa Femme Testés Positifs Au Coronavirus

 

Le Régime syrien a annoncé, lundi, que son président Bashar al-Assad et son épouse, Asma al-Assad, ont été testés positifs au coronavirus, affirmant leur mise en quarantaine.

C’est ce qui ressort d’un bref communiqué de presse publié par la Présidence du régime syrien, via les réseaux sociaux.

Le communiqué a indiqué que Bashar al-Assad et son épouse Asma ont été soumis à un test de dépistage du coronavirus, suite à l’apparition des symptômes correspondant à la contamination au coronavirus.

« Les résultats du test ont confirmé leur infection par la Covid-19 », ajoute le communiqué.

La même source a rappelé qu’Al-Assad et sa femme se portent bien et que leur état de santé est jugé stable. Ils continuent d’exercer leur travail pendant leur période de quarantaine à domicile, qui durera entre deux et trois semaines ».

L’Inde Enregistre Le Taux Quotidien Le Plus Bas Des Contaminations En 3 Mois

 

Le ministère indien de la Santé a annoncé, dimanche, avoir recensé 58 419 contaminations au coronavirus, au cours des dernières 24 heures, le taux quotidien le plus bas en près de 3 mois.

Dans un communiqué rendu public aujourd’hui et rapporté par le journal local « The Times of India », le ministère a fait savoir que le nombre total des infections dans le pays s’élevait à plus de 29 881 000.

Quelque 386 713 décès dus à la Covid-19 ont été enregistrés, depuis le début de la pandémie, 1 576 morts ayant été déplorés, au cours des dernières 24 heures, lit-on de même source.

L’Inde connaît, récemment, une diminution du nombre des infections et des décès quotidiens, après que le pays a enregistré une flambée en termes de cas positifs, le mois dernier, avec plus de 400 000 contamination et plus de 4 500 décès, tous les jours.

L’Inde vaccine, actuellement, toute personne âgée de plus de 18 ans, au moment où plus de 266 millions de doses de vaccin ont été administrées à ce jour, selon les données du site britannique « Our World in Data ».
